The tobias casuals were formed in 2007 by Scott Wilson (Lead Guitar) and Mark O'Neil (Drums). After some line up changes and several months of searching, the line up now includes James McGrath (vocals), Chris Hanlon (Bass) and David Wright (Guitar).
